RVCC, Ramapo College Sign Transfer Agreement for Students Interested in Studying Business
Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg and Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahway have entered into a new agreement that will facilitate the transfer process for RVCC graduates interested in attending the Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College.
According to the agreement, students who receive an Associate of Science Degree from RVCC can seamlessly transfer to Ramapo College as long as they fulfill certain requirements, including having the requisite grade point average. The application fee also will be waived for students transferring from RVCC.
“The new agreement with Ramapo College will give Raritan Valley Community College graduates the opportunity to continue their higher education close to home and focus their business studies in such areas as Accounting, Economics, Finance, International Business, Information Technology Management, Management, and Marketing. In addition, RVCC students interested in transferring to Ramapo will benefit by having a staff member from Ramapo’s Center for Student Success available for student advisement on the RVCC campus,” said RVCC President Michael J. McDonough.

The Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey offers a distinctive combination of an accredited business education and a strong grounding in the liberal arts. The school offers minors in Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Information Technology Management, International Business, Marketing, Human Resources, and Entrepreneurship. The Anisfield School offers two graduate programs: a 4+1 MBA and a 4+1 M.S. in Accounting.
