Conference Services at Raritan Valley Community College serves as the conduit to bring the academic and corporate communities together.
Located at the crossroads of Central New Jersey, with New York City, Philadelphia and southern New Jersey less than an hour away, the Conference Center at Raritan Valley Community College offers over 5,500 square feet of multi-functional meeting and event space to accommodate your specific meeting, conference, theatrical production, training or other event needs. Coupled with our integrated technology, free ample parking and on-site catering services, the Conference Center at RVCC provides a “one-stop-shop” experience for clients who want to focus on the content of their events and leave the planning details up to our experienced and professional event planning team. Conference Center
The Grand Conference Rooms feature multipurpose meeting rooms that provide flexible event space. The Grand Conference Rooms provide over 3,600 square feet of event space with a seating capacity of up to 400 people. The room is divisible into three self-contained sections and is ideal for banquets, conferences, town hall meetings and other events that require flexible room configurations such as job and vendor fairs.
Atrium
The Atrium, located in the College Center, offers clients the flexibility to accommodate up to 100 guests in a quiet retreat space. The Atrium is located away from the Conference Center and provides flexible event space that can accommodate meetings, training seminars, dinners and receptions.

Theatre Complex
Perfect Venue for Large and Small Events. The Theatre complex at RVCC is composed of two performing spaces. The Edward Nash Theatre is a proscenium-style auditorium that seats 984 on two levels. With excellent acoustics and sight lines, it is a perfect setting for concerts, theatre and dance performances, and corporate town hall and shareholder meetings. The Welpe Theatre is a flexible studio space that is a perfect setting for more intimate and experimental performances or small-to-medium-sized receptions and events.

Catering
Catering for events at RVCC is provided by CulinArt. With an array of offerings, CulinArt’s conference dining menus include everything from continental breakfasts and sandwich luncheons to hot buffets, hors d’oeuvres and cocktail stations for special event receptions. CulinArt’s director of dining services is also available to create custom menus for your event. Our goal is to create an event menu to meet your group’s specific tastes and budget.
