How are scholarships awarded?

Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can begin applying for scholarships at the end of the Spring semester for the following academic year. Review the list of available scholarships.  Make sure to list all the scholarships you are applying for on your application form.  

When are scholarships awarded?

Starting in the Summer, scholarships are awarded for the Fall and Spring semesters. The Financial Aid Office will send you an award letter by email and in the mail if you have been selected for a scholarship award. The letter will detail the next steps to follow and how the scholarship money will be allocated to your student account. You can also view your award on your Lion’s Den account.

When do I need to reapply for a scholarship?

You should reapply for a scholarship near the end of the Spring term around the time you are completing your FASFA for the next academic year.
