- Step 2: Apply Online
A mere 20 minutes is all it takes to complete your RVCC application online. Simply choose the type of student you are, complete the application, and pay the $25 non-refundable fee.
- Step 3: Determine Your College Placement
Full-time students or those taking a class with Math or English prerequisites may need to take an English and Math Accuplacer Test, a computer-based exam. No appointment is needed to take the test. Students with a minimum SAT, ACT or PARCC score or college level credits may be able to opt out of testing.
- Step 4: Register for Your Spring Classes
Designed specifically for first-time RVCC students, the First Year Registration Session is a 3-hour session which provides you with the tools and resources to successfully enroll in your first semester. During this Session, you can select your major, tour the campus, learn about financial assistance and scholarships, register for classes and more. If you are transferring credits, contact an RVCC Academic Advisor and make an appointment to register for classes.
