Reflections book on table

Courtney E. Battista, Raritan Valley Community College Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Humanities, Social Science, Social Work & Education department, has published a new book, Reflections: An Interactive Guide for Clinical Supervision. The book is a comprehensive tool designed to help clinical supervisors and aspiring clinicians navigate the supervision process more effectively and ethically.

Reflections offers practical insights and tools to address common challenges in clinical supervision. It covers essential topics such as providing and receiving effective feedback, understanding ethical practices, developing multicultural humility, and enhancing self-care.

Professor Battista was awarded RVCC’s Adjunct Faculty Research Grant in spring 2024, which assisted her in completing the work.
