HVAC – Environmental Control Technology

Master the skills and design theory of today’s cutting-edge heating and refrigeration industry and launch your career as an HVAC Technician. Learn how to design climate control systems, and/or install, repair or maintain units. Two tracks are available: a one-year program to train as a residential HVAC technician and a two-year program to prepare you to work on both residential and commercial climate control systems. Commercial Energy Management

Through RVCC’s Commercial Energy Management (CEM-TECH) Program, you can master the necessary environmental control technology skills to become a successful commercial energy management technician in a modern facility with the latest testers, instrumentation, and equipment. You’ll also gain valuable, hands-on experience in mechanical systems by working in our campus’ living lab. Auto Technology

RVCC’s Auto Technology Program partners with leading auto manufacturers such as Fiat, Chrysler, and Subaru to offer specialized training, providing you with the skills that employers expect. This real-world experience allows you to learn in an actual shop environment with program standards that match the performance of leading automotive technicians. Learn the machine basics, precision, and technical skills needed to become a manufacturing professional in RVCC’s Advanced Manufacturing Program.
