The Theatre at Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg will kick off its 40th season with Splish Splash! The Music of Bobby Darin, Friday, October 20, at 8 p.m.

Twenty-two great songs, a swinging band, multimedia effects, backstage stories, and Vegas showman Ron Gartner all combine in this fabulous show that celebrates everything Bobby Darin. Splish Splash! highlights the legendary artist known as a teen idol, singer-songwriter, movie star, and nightclub performer—from his music to his life and times.

Audience members will have a blast snapping their fingers to such great Darin hits as “Mack The Knife,” “Splish Splash,” “Dream Lover,” “Beyond the Sea,” “Clementine,” and many more. The presentation offers backstage stories about this entertainment phenomenon and honors the legacy of the “swingin-est” guy who ever put on a tux. The show covers everything from Darin’s rock ‘n’ roll days to his legendary evening at the Copa. If you loved Bobby Darin, this show is a must-see.
