Information Sessions with Campus Tours Set at RVCC in May
Learn about all Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) has to offer and how to enroll for the Summer and Fall semesters by attending an information session in May. Four general information sessions are scheduled as well as a special session for adult learners.
The General Information Sessions and Campus Tours are scheduled for Fridays, May 5 (Conference Center, Room 101), May 12 (Conference Center, Room 101), and May 19, (College Center, C008-C010), all from 10-11 a.m., at RVCC’s Branchburg campus. An Information Session also will be held Thursday, May 18, from 4-6 p.m., in the RVCC Atrium (lower level, College Center).
During the sessions, RVCC Admissions specialists will provide information about:
• Enrolling in classes for the Summer Sessions and Fall Semester
• Programs designed to help students transfer to top colleges and universities in New Jersey, across the country, and even abroad
• Career training programs, designed in partnership with local industry, that can be completed in a year or less
• The admissions process
• Paying for college, including financial aid opportunities
The Special Information Session for Adults who are considering returning to college or who have never attended college will be held Friday, May 5, from 5-6 p.m., in the Conference Center, Room 101. Aside from general admissions information, the session will focus on transferring old college credits, earning credits for life experience, and making a successful transition back to school after being away from the classroom for years.
