Injured Navy vet among Raritan Valley Community College graduates

Among the nearly 1,300 students receiving associate degrees or certificates on Saturday at Raritan Valley Community College's commencement will be a U.S. Navy veteran who suffered major hip and back injuries after his ship collided with a submarine in the Atlantic Ocean in 2012.
