Spring Open House Set in April for Prospective Students
Learn about all Raritan Valley Community College has to offer at a Spring Open House, Saturday, April 18, from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The program, which will include an opportunity to apply to RVCC for free, will be held in the Event Center at the College’s Branchburg campus.
During the Open House, prospective students and their families may tour RVCC’s campus and hear about:
• Academic programs designed to transfer to four-year colleges and universities
• Career programs created in partnership with local industry
• Earning credits for life and work experience
• Special support services to help students successfully transition to college
• Applying for Financial Aid and options for paying for college
Participants also will have the opportunity to meet with faculty, staff, and current students to learn more about RVCC. Breakout sessions will focus on such topics as:
• Student Voices: Inside the RVCC Experience
• Navigating Financial Aid
• Achieving Your Goals as an Adult Learner
• Getting a Head Start: What is Dual Enrollment (Early College)?
• Discover the Honors College at RVCC
• Start at RVCC, Transfer Seamlessly
• Online Learners
• ESL Pathways
• Career Training Programs
