Spaces are still available in Raritan Valley Community College's Spring Break SAT Preparation course, which will be held Monday-Friday, April 6-10, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., at the College's Branchburg campus.

Geared toward 10th and 11th-grade students, the course offers an accelerated, comprehensive approach to SAT standardized test preparation. The goal is not only to prepare students for the SAT, but also to provide them with enhanced critical thinking and academic skills, test-taking strategies, and motivation that catalyze improved academic performance.

Homework is required. All course materials are included in the $295 fee.

Spaces also are available in a variety of RVCC classes for teens ages 13-18 this spring. Offerings include enrichment programs for high school students in such subjects as chemistry, biology, algebra and pre-calculus. In addition, courses will be offered this spring focusing on such topics as goal setting and creating vision boards, cooking, time management and organizational skills, and making edible art.
