RVCC TO OFFER PERSONAL TRAINER NATIONAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
The Allied Health Department of Raritan Valley Community College?s (RVCC) Corporate & Continuing Education (CCE) division is offering a Personal Trainer National Certification program this fall. The course will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays, October 28-December 9, from 6:30-9:30 p.m., at the College?s North Branch Campus.
The 50-hour, intensive program focuses on such topics as biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing, equipment usage and health assessment. The course is approved by the American Council on Education for 3 credits.
