Submit this form after you have received budget approval from the Student Government Association.  After submitting this form, schedule an appointment with the Assistant Director of Student Life within 2 days of your request to confirm.

The requesting organization and its faculty advisor are jointly responsible for the conduct of the organization named above and invited guests during this event.  Your responsibility includes, but is not limited to, replacement or repair of missing or damaged college property.  Advisors must be notified and pre-approve all events prior to submission of the Event Set Up Request Form.  Advisors must attend major events hosted by their club, especially evening and weekend events.

Catering and Food

 Budget approval is required prior to submitting Food Order Work Requests.  Please meet with the Assistant Director of Student Life after submitting this form to request catering services from CulinArt.

Please visit the Room Layouts page to see samples of room layouts.  After viewing the layouts, please select a set-up from the list below.  If you would like to design your own design template, create your layout in Microsoft Publisher, and email a copy to Student Life (studentlife@raritanval.edu) and select the "Will design a template" field listed below.
