Nursing ProgramRN Program Overview | PNAD Program Overview | RVCC Nursing Program RVCC offers two nursing degree programs . Registered Nurse (RN) Program The RN program is a rigorous 68-70 academic credit program involving non-nursing and nursing academic courses. Students completing the program receive an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Nursing and qualify to take the RN-NCLEX exam for Registered Nurse Licensure (RN). Application for Admissions ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) Information is the required nursing entrance test for admission. The test covers Reading, Math, Science, and English. The overall score (all 4 sections) and the Reading and English section scores are used in the admission process. There is no minimum score required for application, but TEAS scores do affect the overall admission ranking score. For RVCC admission, students can test once every 4 months. Information about the test content and study materials can be found at www.atitesting.com. We are currently using TEAS version 4.0. If the test has been completed elsewhere, scores may be submitted for review. See below for more information about TEAS at RVCC. For all RN program requirements, click here.
