It's your first day and you need to be connected to the school technology services and you need answer to all your ‘How do I...' technology questions. Like how to find my GNumber, password, use the computer in the school and how can I connect to the wireless?

These are some of the questions that you'll find the answer in our Quick Start. Whether you're internet savvy or not, we all experienced those 'beginners rush’, when it comes to using unfamiliar technology and related activity while starting out in a new environment. It doesn't matter if you're a staff, faculty, or a student we have put together a list of items you’re likely to need to get started on your new path at RVCC. We are also building a self-help index to help you understand what some of those strange terms you encounter mean.
