All requests for keys must be on a WorkOrder Form, approved by the Vice President of Finance and Administration before any new key or replacement key will be issued by the Facilities Department. Duplication of keys by anyone other than the College Facilities Department is forbidden.
No charge is made for the initial issuance of a key. A broken key will be replaced with a new key upon presentation of the broken key to theFacilities Department.
A fee of $25 will be charged for any other key replacement.
Upon termination of College employment, departmental changes or facilities transfer, faculty and staff employees must turn in keys, which they no longer require, to the Facilities Department.
A charge of $25 will be assessed for any keys not returned to the Facilities Department.
