Art Gallery
From student work, to faculty exhibits to shows by professional artists, the Art Gallery showcases exciting and stimulating works of art throughout the year. Stop by and view an inspiring exhibition and learn more about the artist by attending an artist talk.
Performing Arts
Student performances take center stage thoughout the year. There are dance and music recitals as well as theatrical performances. Come see performances by the RVCC Jazz Ensemble and RVCC Chorale. Student discounts are offered for all performances. There’s a wealth of artistic talent at RVCC. Come and see for yourself.
Special Events
Our students are committed and engaged and love to have a good time. Clubs and organizations sponsor a whole host of events for fun and to support charitable causes. There are dances, comedy nights, contests, athletic events, walks, bake sales and more to enjoy and support.
Science Seminars
Enjoy an enlightening discussion of scientific exploration and discovery at the weekly science seminars sponsored by the Science and Engineering Department. The talks cover a wide range of science, engineering and mathematics topics. They are presented by RVCC faculty, as well as members of the wider academic and scientific community.
Leadership Series
Find out what it takes to be a successful leader from proven leaders in business, government and the nonprofit sectors. Sponsored by TD Bank, the series is managed by members of the Student Government Association and Phi Theta Kappa honor society who select the speakers and organize the events. The speakers share their inspirational stories and lessons learned on the road to success.
