The RVCC production will be repeated Tuesday, April 28, at 8 p.m., at the Somerset Valley Playhouse, 689 Amwell Rd., Hillsborough.

The Vagina Monologues is based on playwright Ensler?s personal interviews with more than 200 women about their memories and experiences of sexuality. With humor and grace, the piece celebrates women?s sexuality and strength and gives voice to experiences and feelings not previously exposed in public. The award-winning play has been produced in thousands of colleges, universities, cities, towns and high schools since 1998, with unrivaled success. The Vagina Monologues also has inspired a dynamic grassroots movement across the country?V-Day?to stop violence against women. These events have been responsible for raising millions of dollars for local charities.

The RVCC production is being directed by Jessica Zorn, with assistant directing by Lindsay Zorn. The cast includes: Cassy Kalley, Megan Oates, Kristin Lobby, Sandy Behre, Brionna Castillo, Cassie Clark, Rachel Ignatoff, Kellianne Buschinski, Jenna Meyer, Heather Mussel, Nicky Singer, Krista Sharlin, Carina Metz, Amanda Kohlhepp, Melissa Karnilaw, Ashley Layton, Nicolette Klinger, Margaret Ervin-Willis and Mary Sullivan.
