RVCC SETS COURSE FOR HEALTH CARE SUPERVISORS
The Allied Health department of Raritan Valley Community College?s (RVCC) Corporate & Continuing Education (CCE) division is offering a course for health care supervisors this fall. Fundamentals of Supervisory & Management Skills for Health Care Supervisors will be offered Mondays, November 26 and December 3, from 6-9:30 p.m., at the College?s North Branch Campus.
The seminar serves as a primer for the new health care supervisor or as a refresher course for current managers. Participants gain a better understanding of a supervisor?s role in an organization and receive guidelines on functioning in that role.
Upon completion of the course, the New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA) Certificate with seven NJSNA contact hours will be issued.
Corporate and Continuing Education at RVCC is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center?s Commission on Accreditation.
