RVCC SETS SEMINAR ON BUYING, FLIPPING FORECLOSURES
Raritan Valley Community College?s (RVCC) Corporate & Continuing Education (CCE) division is offering a seminar on How to Purchase and Flip Foreclosed Properties. The seminar will be held Tuesday, April 29, from 6:30-9:30 p.m., at the College?s North Branch Campus.
The evening will include information about financing foreclosures with little-to-no down payment; negotiating with property owners during the pre-foreclosure stage; budgeting for the ?unexpected?; positioning oneself as a cash buyer at a foreclosure auction; and generating large profits from ?short sales.? The Top 10 foreclosure resources also will be presented.
