RVCC TO OFFER COURSE FOR HEALTH CARE SUPERVISORS
The Allied Health department of Raritan Valley Community College?s (RVCC) Corporate & Continuing Education (CCE) division is offering a Fundamentals of Supervisory & Management Skills for Health Care Supervisors program this spring. The course will be offered Mondays, April 14 and 21, from 6-9:30 p.m., at the College?s North Branch Campus.
The seminar serves as a primer for the new health care supervisor or as a refresher course for current managers. Participants gain a better understanding of a supervisor?s role in a health care setting, as well as receive guidelines for functioning in that role.
Upon completion of the course, the New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA) Certificate with 7 NJSNA contact hours will be issued.
