Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) in North Branch is offering an introductory course in Feng Shui. The two-session program is being held Thursdays, March 6 and March 13, from 7-9 p.m.

The ancient Chinese philosophy of Feng Shui involves understanding the relationships between nature and oneself in order to live in harmony within one?s environment. The philosophy concerns the notion that living with nature?rather than living against nature?benefits both people and the environment. Taught by an instructor from the Educational Institution of Chinese Metaphysical Studies, the course includes information about applying Feng Shui principles when decorating a home.

Cost to participate is $89. To register or for more information, call 908-218-8871, e-mail cce@raritanval.edu or visit www.raritanval.edu/cce .
